1.How to order online?
Select your products, add them to the basket by clicking on “Add to basket”, then finalize your order. - Delivery Shipping costs of €5 apply to all unit orders in mainland France.
4.How do I know if my order has been taken into account?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email with a summary of your purchases. If you have not received your confirmation email within 24 hours of confirming your order, check whether it has been sent to your “spam” folder by mistake. If this is not the case, do not hesitate to contact our company on 01 41 50 88 48 from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. You can also, at any time, track your order in your My Account/My Orders area.
5.Which payment method is accepted to pay for my purchases?

- Is payment secure ?

- What can I do if my payment was declined?
After having entered your bank card information and validated your order, our service provider queries your bank to validate the payment and give authorization. - How do I get my invoice?

- How can I get a refund for a product order?
Upon receipt of your order, you have 14 days to inform us of the product(s) that you wish to be reimbursed, by contacting the following email address: info@cosmax.fr So that the refund is accepted, the entire order must be returned, the product(s) must be in perfect condition, in their original case and unused. Homéoderma France undertakes to make the reimbursement as quickly as possible.
