Delivery & Return

The Order:

The order is validated once payment has been accepted by HOMEODERMA. Homéoderma France reserves the right to refuse an order if the Customer already has a dispute with Homéoderma France or if Homéoderma France  considers that the Customer carries a risk of non-payment. Homéoderma France then reserves the right to ask its Customer for additional information if it considers it necessary, such as an identity document or proof of address. If there is no response from the Customer within 5 days of the order, the order and payment are canceled. Homéoderma France undertakes to honor orders received, only within the limits of available stocks.

Deliveries in Metropolitan France:

All orders placed are shipped within 2 working days, excluding Fridays when the order is shipped within the next 2 working days. During the period of August, the company is closed for 15 days, therefore shipping will be made within 2 working days from the opening of the company. Delivery times are the sole responsibility of the carriers and under no circumstances can Homéoderma France be held liable in the event of non-compliance with delivery times.

Returns & Exchanges:

Any Customer can request the exchange of their item within 14 days from the date of the order. Returns of orders shipped in mainland France and outside mainland France are the responsibility of the Customer. The product for which the Customer requests an exchange must be intact, unopened and in its original packaging. The Customer must attach to his shipment the product, the order number concerned by the return, the designation of the product(s) concerned by the return, as well as an exchange request.

Homéoderma France 102, Rue du Capitaine Dreyfus, 93100 Montreuil If the item is refused by Homéoderma France, it is returned to the Customer at Homéoderma France's expense without the Customer being able to demand any compensation whatsoever. If the return has not been announced by the customer, a voucher is automatically created and sent to the customer.
